Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in the form we collect your name, phone number, the areas you'd like to treat, your confirmation that you're 18 or over, and how you found us (for example which advert you clicked). If you accept cookies we also collect technical details such as your browser and Meta advertising identifiers.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and help you book a consultation. We do this because you asked us to.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up. We do this for our legitimate interest in running the clinic.
- If you accept cookies, to tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that an enquiry came from one of our adverts, so we can measure and improve them. Your name and phone number are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent. We only do this with your consent.
Health details are discussed at your consultation, not collected on this page. Bookings are handled by Setmore under their own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Our website host (Vercel), the spreadsheet we keep enquiries in (Google), Meta if you accept cookies, and our marketing agency, who manages this page and our adverts for us. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, unless you become a client, in which case your records are kept as part of your treatment notes.
Cookies
This page only sets advertising cookies (the Meta Pixel, _fbp and _fbc) if you click Accept. If you click Reject, none are set. We remember your choice in your browser. You can change it at any time: open cookie settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@aestheticsdeluxe.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
